1. Why do you have password-protected areas on our website?

Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password.

2. What are your hours of operation?

Our regular business hours are 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday and 9:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturday.  We are closed on Sundays and holidays.

3. What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open?

In an EMERGENCY, please call the Veterinary Emergency Clinic, (416) 920 2002. 

4. Where is your clinic located?

We are conveniently located at 3265 Bloor Street West in Etobicoke. 

5. How do I get my password?

If you are a client of our hospital, you may obtain your client password by contacting our hospital and one of our staff can supply you with the password.
